Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing DeadSaaS. By authorizing Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or subscribing to paid plans, you agree to these legally binding conditions.
1. Payments & Billing Terms
DeadSaaS offers free audit previews and subscription plans (Pro $49/mo, Scale $99/mo). All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Paid tiers renew automatically on a recurring 30-day billing cycle.
Charges are billed at the beginning of each cycle. We do not store full credit card numbers on our infrastructure. All pricing displays in USD unless indicated otherwise.
2. Subscription Cancellation & Auto-Cancel Engine
Your DeadSaaS Subscription: You may cancel your DeadSaaS subscription at any moment from Settings > Billing. Your access remains active until the end of your prepaid period.
Third-Party Cancellations: When you instruct DeadSaaS to cancel a third-party vendor (e.g. Notion, Loom, Zoom), DeadSaaS acts as an authorized technical facilitator. DeadSaaS does not guarantee that third-party vendors will issue contractual refunds or waive non-cancelable annual commitments.
3. Acceptable Use & Authority
You affirm that you possess full administrative authority to connect company email tenants and manage corporate payment subscriptions. You agree never to connect inboxes without express organizational consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tèmporia Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party vendor offboarding, lost data in cancelled accounts, or service interruptions.
